Shocking news, Miley Cyrus was spotted kissing with a guy at her 18th-birthday party at Trousdale nightclub. She threw herself a party after attending American Music Awards 2010, her party was attended close friends such as Demi Moore, Rumer Willis and of course Avan Jogja a guy who were predicted as Miley's kissing partner.
